Foundation and By-Laws of
The Dead Pearl Society
Foundation of The Dead Pearl Society
BE IT KNOWN, that in July of 2002, The Dead Pearl Society was founded by Patty’s children; Mark Ogden Dickerson, Jane (Dickerson) Jansen and Peggy (Dickerson) Chandler. In September of that year, Helen (Townsend) Dickerson joined. In July 2003, Dennis Bush, Patty (Ogden) Dickerson and Ann Chatelle (Dickerson) Bush also joined. This group hence became known as Original Members.
It was discussed by the Original Members that By-Laws be written to oversee membership enrollment; further, it was agreed that ONLY the Original Members have voting rights to enact changes to said By-Laws.
